Le Dr Jjingo est scientifique et ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences au d\u00e9partement d&#8217;informatique de l&#8217;universit\u00e9 de Makerere, o\u00f9 il est \u00e9galement membre du laboratoire d&#8217;intelligence artificielle (AI-lab). Il a obtenu son doctorat en bioinformatique en tant que boursier Fulbright \u00e0 l&#8217;Institut de technologie de G\u00e9orgie \u00e0 Atlanta (\u00c9tats-Unis), pr\u00e9c\u00e9d\u00e9 d&#8217;une ma\u00eetrise en bioinformatique de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Leeds (Royaume-Uni) et d&#8217;une licence en biochimie de l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 de Makerere (Ouganda).
